TCPA compliance

• Calling windows of 9 AM–8 PM in the recipient's local time, computed per phone number from area-code + L2 ZIP-of-record.
• No autodialed calls or pre-recorded messages to cell phones without prior express consent.
• P2P texting routed only through human-initiated send paths — no platform-initiated autodialer.
• Workspace-wide STOP / opt-out registry honored across every channel within 60 seconds.
• State-specific quiet hours and blackout windows (e.g., FL, IN, OK) layered on top of federal rules.
• Per-campaign caps on outbound attempts to the same phone number within 24 hours.

When you upload a contact list (instead of using the L2 voter file), you represent that you have a lawful basis to contact each number. centpoll will scrub the list against the FCC reassigned-numbers database and the national DNC list, but we cannot verify your consent records.

You are responsible for the content of your survey. If a respondent alleges that a script was deceptive or harassing, you agree to provide the call recording or P2P transcript on request.

Any phone number that opts out — by replying STOP to a P2P message, telling a live caller, pressing the opt-out key on IVR, or unsubscribing from a panel email — is added to a workspace-wide registry within 60 seconds. The registry is honored across every campaign and every channel for that workspace.

Members of the public can submit an opt-out without an account at the opt-out form.

centpoll retains a tamper-evident log of every outbound attempt for four years, the federal statute of limitations on TCPA claims. On subpoena or legitimate audit request, we will produce the relevant slice within five business days.
